How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout
page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their
prices.  Shipping and handing charges are based on the weight of the
product being sent.  We generally ship most orders within 72 hours of
receiving your order, unless otherwise noted on the product.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). After 60 days, you will receive a merchandise credit for the value of the merchandise returned (excluding shipping and handling charges). For your protection, insure or ask for tracking numbers for your return package. If you use USPS to return your merchandise, it is recommended that you ask for Delivery Confirmation for your return. The Marquette Spirit Shop is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns may be sent to us or returned to The Marquette Spirit Shop in Milwaukee.

Unworn apparel and most items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange.

Perishable items and open CD/DVD cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our mistake. Please call the Marquette Spirit Shop at 414-288-3050 or email us at spirit.shop@marquette.edu if we have made a mistake on your order.

A refund/exchange will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original return/exchange form. If original form is not available, please include a note with your name, address, daytime phone number, email address and order id number. Please include in the note what you would like to have done (refund, exchange size etc.). We will only contact you if there is a problem concerning your return.

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.  We generally ship most orders within 72 hours of
receiving your order, unless otherwise noted on the product.
